Attaching the case correctly ensures the connector aligns properly and charging works reliably. Take a moment to follow these steps, especially for first-time setup. Note: The case is designed to fit tightly so your phone doesn’t pop out when dropped.

To attach:

1. Insert the bottom of your phone 1–2 inches into the bottom of the case cavity

2. Using two thumbs, slide the phone downward toward the connector until it's fully engaged

3. Once the connector is seated, press the phone's top corners down into the case until they click into place

To detach:

1. Press down on the case's top corners with two thumbs

2. Pull the phone upward to free the top of the phone from the case

3. Slide the phone toward the top of the case to disengage the USB connector

4. Lift the phone out

Important:

Don't force the case on or off from one corner. Work evenly to avoid stressing the connector.
